Shipping & Returns
Currently all products are shipped by Fedex.
Due to the weight and size of our rpoduct, we ship exclusively to the lower 48 states in US and cannot deliver to PO Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, or international destinations at this time.
As long as you shop on the Byzoom Fitness official website, you can enjoy free shipping on orders over USD$50.
Your journey to a better home gym starts now. We typically have your gear delivered within 5 to 10 working days. Once your order is placed, our team begins the quality-check process to ensure everything is perfect before it leaves our doors. Should any questions arise during transit, please reach out—we’re here to ensure your equipment arrives exactly as expected.
We stand behind the quality of everything we make. If your order doesn’t look right when you unpack it, please send a photo or video to our support team. We’ll look into the matter as soon as we receive it to ensure your training stays on track.
Since we build our products to be a lifetime investment in your home, we take great care in their delivery. If you need to make a return, the item must be unused and in its original box to ensure it stays protected during transit. Please provide us with your order number and the reason for your return. If your return request is approved, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you and let you know if your refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically receive your refund via your original form of payment within 10 business days. Keep in mind that it may also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and send your refund. DIY Troubleshooting
If you have any problems during the assembly process, you are welcome to record the problem by video or photo recording and provide it to Byzoom Fitness customer service staff. We will immediately arrange for someone to contact you to help you solve the assembly problem.
