Thank you for your support and love for Byzoom Fitness. First of all, please read the following shopping instructions for shopping in the Byzoom Fitness online store.
I hope that after understanding this, you can buy products with peace of mind and have a better fitness experience.

1. Product delivery

  • Delivery Hsinchu Logistics: Delivery to your door
  • Shipping time is Monday to Friday, and the shipping operation takes about 2-3 days (excluding holidays and national holidays). It is possible to be delayed depending on the order volume.
  • Shipping Fee: For orders over NT$1,000 placed on the Byzoom Fitness online store, you will enjoy free shipping (if the order is less than NT$1,000, an additional shipping fee of $150 will be charged).
    If you need to ship to overseas areas, please contact customer service.

2. Return/Exchange Instructions

  • In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, all Byzoom Fitness products are entitled to a seven-day product appreciation period (including holidays) after consumers sign for the products.
  • If the product is defective, we will accept the exchange of the same product, and the round-trip shipping fee will be borne by Byzoom Fitness. If you find any problems when you receive the product, please take a photo of the defect immediately and notify Byzoom Fitness customer service staff.

  • If a return or exchange is required due to personal reasons such as the wrong size, the consumer will be responsible for the round-trip shipping fee.
    The seven-day appreciation period is not a product trial period. After the product is unpacked and used, it cannot be returned unless the product itself is defective. The following situations are not subject to the provisions of the aforementioned Consumer Protection Act:
    (a) The returned merchandise, gifts, hanging tags, outer plastic bags, and all accompanying documents, materials and accessories must be kept intact and clean. If a physical invoice (paper version) has been issued and obtained, it should be returned together with the invoice; the inspector will handle the return at his discretion. In serious cases, the company may refuse to return the goods and refund.
    (b) For hygiene reasons, yoga related products cannot be returned once the packaging is opened. If the packaging is obviously creased or dirty during the unpacking process, the product cannot be returned.
    (c) Products that have been put into water or processed and are not in the same style as when Byzoom Fitness shipped cannot be returned.
    (e) If you purchase a certain amount or receive a gift during a promotion, please return the gift along with the item. You will not be able to return the item if the gift is not returned.
    (f) If the webpage states [No Return Service], the packaged special sale, limited edition, or lucky bag items have been unpacked.
    (g) If you fail to inform customer service of the need to return the product after the seven-day trial period; or if you have informed customer service of the need to return the product but have not returned it to the convenience store within the time limit or the delivery service provider cannot be contacted and has not received the returned product, you will not be able to return the product.
  • Once Byzoom Fitness receives the returned merchandise and confirms the return is complete, if the refund account information is correct, the refund will be made to the designated account within 7-15 working days.
  • Product Warranty: One year product warranty is provided under normal use.
  • Product Insurance: Byzoom Fitness' entire product line has been insured for 30 million product liability insurance.
