Return, Refund, and Order Cancellation Policy
Thank you for choosing Byzoom Fitness. We strive to provide high-quality fitness equipment. Please review our policies carefully before making a purchase.
1. Order Cancellation & Modification
We understand that adjustments to your order are sometimes necessary. To balance efficient order processing with the complex logistics of shipping heavy fitness equipment, Byzoom Fitness enforces the following cancellation and modification policy:
- Before Tracking is Provided: You may request to cancel your order for a full refund or modify your order details provided our warehouse has not yet generated a tracking number. To request a cancellation or modification, immediately contact byzoom_usa@byzoomfitness.com with your order number and requested changes.
- After Tracking is Provided: Once a tracking number has been generated and attached to your order, the equipment has been processed, packed, and staged for carrier pickup. At this stage, no cancellations or modifications of any kind (including address changes) are accepted.
If you need a different item or no longer wish to keep the equipment after a tracking number has been issued, please wait for the shipment to arrive and follow our standard Return Policy. Please note: Refusing a delivery at the door is considered an unauthorized return. The customer will be fully responsible for all return freight costs and a 10% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the final refund.
2. 30-Day Return Policy & Authorization Requirement
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in brand-new, unused condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.
- Authorization Required: All returns must be authorized in advance. Please contact byzoom_usa@byzoomfitness.com to request authorization.
- Packages sent back to our facilities without authorization will be rejected and returned to the sender at their expense.
3. Standard Returns
For returns due to personal preference, ordering the wrong item, or no longer needing the product:
- Shipping Liability: The customer is strictly responsible for all outbound and return shipping costs. Any original shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable.
- Restocking Fee: A 10% restocking fee applies to all non-defective returns to cover warehouse handling and repacking.
- Process: Once your return is approved, you must ship the item using a trackable carrier. We highly recommend purchasing shipping insurance, as Byzoom Fitness is not liable for return packages lost or damaged in transit.
4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your shipment immediately upon receipt. If your item arrives damaged, is defective, or is incorrect:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at byzoom_usa@byzoomfitness.com.
- You must include your order number and clear photographic or video evidence of the issue.
- Upon verification, we will issue an RMA and provide a prepaid return shipping label or arrange for replacement parts.
5. Non-Returnable & Final Sale Items
For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, the following are strictly non-returnable:
- Unsealed hygiene-sensitive items (e.g., Yoga products).
- Items that have been used, assembled, or altered in any way.
- Final Sale items, limited editions, or unsealed promotional bundles (complimentary items must be returned with the main product for a refund).
6. Refund Processing
Refunds will be processed only after the returned item is received and inspected at our warehouse.
- Timeline: Please allow up to 10 business days for the inspection and refund processing. Credit will be applied to your original form of payment.
- Bank Delays: Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the funds to reflect on your statement.
