Shipping policy

Byzoom Fitness typically ships orders within 2–4 business days, though shipping may be delayed depending on order volume. We use various shipping carriers (such as FedEx, UPS, or USPS) based on the size of the order and the delivery location. Except in cases of shipping errors, product damage, or defects, all shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Any shipping fees incurred for the order (including return shipping) are non-refundable and will be deducted from your total refund.

Upon receiving your order, please carefully inspect the packaging and the products. Pay close attention to any significant damage to the packaging or the items themselves. If you find any damage or missing items from your order, please contact us immediately. We will assist you in resolving the issue.
